Candle Questions

Q: What ingredients are in your candles?
Our candles are made with a natural coconut soy wax blend, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and sustainably sourced wooden wicks. That’s it — no dyes, no parabens, and no headaches.

Q: Why a wooden wick?
Wood wicks create a soft crackle, an even burn, and a modern, clean aesthetic. They also help reduce soot and smoke when trimmed properly.

Q: How long do your candles burn?
Our 6oz candles burn approximately 25–30 hours and our 12oz candles burn approximately 50+ hours.  Burn times may vary depending on room conditions and candle care. 

Q: Are your candles pet-safe?
Yes — our ingredients are clean and non-toxic. However, we recommend using all scented products in well-ventilated areas and watching for individual sensitivities.


Room & Linen Spray Questions

Q: What’s in your room sprays?
Each spray is an organic witch hazel blend and made with phthalate-free fragrance oils and purified water. No propellants, parabens, or artificial dyes.

Q: Can I spray it on my sheets or couch?
Yes! Our sprays are dye-free and fabric-safe, but we always suggest spot testing first — especially on delicate materials like silk.

Q: Are they safe to use around pets and kids?
Yes, when used as directed. We recommend spraying in the air or on linens — not directly on skin or pets.


Orders & Shipping

Q: When will my order ship?
We hand-pack and ship all orders within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — U.S. orders over $50 ship free, automatically.

Q: Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our studio in Jacksonville, Florida.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. and U.S. territories.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What if my candle arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! Please email a photo and your order number to info@luxewix.com within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Q: Can I return or exchange my candle if I don't like the scent?
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept used returns. That said, your satisfaction matters — reach out and we’ll work with you.

Q: Do you offer order tracking?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
