Refund policy

At Luxe Wix®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.  Items must be returned in new and unused condition.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email customer service at info@luxewix.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging and mail it to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the date we receive your return to complete the process. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
