We work with a limited number of wholesale partners to ensure consistency, quality, and thoughtful production.

Luxe Wixยฎ partners with select retailers and organizations that value intentional scent, clean ingredients, and thoughtful presentation.
Our wholesale partners typically include:
- Boutiques and specialty retailers
- Hospitality and short-term rental partners
- Corporate and real estate gifting programs
- Subscription and curated gift boxes
We focus on long-term partnerships and repeat orders rather than one-off bulk purchases.
Wholesale Offerings
Wholesale is available on a limited selection of our core products, produced in small batches and made to order based on approved case quantities and scent profiles.
Eligible wholesale items include:
- 6 oz candles
- 12 oz candles
- Room sprays
- Blank / unlabeled options for private label (case-based only)
Availability may vary based on production capacity.
Minimums & Terms
To ensure consistent production and fulfillment, the following terms apply to all wholesale orders:
- Minimum opening order: $250
- Products are sold in case quantities per scent profile
- Orders are produced made to order
- Payment is required prior to fulfillment
- Lead times vary based on order size and seasonality
Volume-based pricing adjustments may apply for larger orders based on production efficiency.
Volume-Based Pricing
Wholesale pricing is structured to support consistent production and long-term partnerships. Volume-based pricing adjustments are applied automatically for qualifying orders based on unit quantity and scent profile.
Pricing adjustments are not client-specific and are applied per production run.
Custom & Private Label
Custom scent and private-label projects are available for approved partners and are subject to separate minimums and development requirements.
- A custom scent development fee applies to all custom fragrance projects
- Custom orders are subject to a minimum of 30 units per scent profile
- For approved B2B partners, units may be split across eligible product types when produced as a single scent and batch
- All custom and private-label requests require advance approval and are not guaranteed

Wholesale Ordering
How do I access wholesale pricing?
Wholesale pricing is available through our private wholesale portal. Create a customer account and log in to view wholesale pricing and place orders.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum opening order is $250. Products are sold in case quantities only.
What are your case sizes?
- 6 oz candles: cases of 12
- 12 oz candles: cases of 6
- Room sprays: cases of 12
Each case contains a single scent. Mixed-scent cases are not available at this time.
Custom scent and private-label projects are subject to separate minimum unit requirements.
Production & Lead Times
Are wholesale orders made to order?
Yes. All wholesale orders are produced made to order.
What is your lead time?
Lead times vary based on order size and seasonality. Current lead times will be communicated at the time of order placement.
Do you offer rush production?
Rush production is not guaranteed and may not be available during peak seasons.
Pricing & Payment
How is wholesale pricing structured?
Wholesale pricing is shown once you are logged in to the wholesale portal. Pricing is case-based and may include volume-based adjustments for qualifying orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is required prior to fulfillment for all wholesale orders.
Net terms may be offered to select partners at our discretion.
Reorders
Can I place reorders online?
Yes. Approved wholesale partners can log in at any time to place reorders through the wholesale portal.
Is there a minimum for reorders?
Yes. Reorders are subject to the same minimums and case quantities as opening orders.
Custom & Private Label
Do you offer custom or private-label orders?
Blank or unlabeled products may be available for private label on a case basis. All custom or private-label requests require advance approval and are subject to separate minimums.
Can I request custom scents or vessels?
Custom requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Shipping & Fulfillment
How are wholesale orders shipped?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced prior to fulfillment, depending on order size.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup may be available for Florida-based partners by arrangement.
Returns & Cancellations
Do you accept wholesale returns or exchanges?
Due to the made-to-order nature of wholesale production, all wholesale sales are final.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.

Wholesale products are intended for resale in approved retail environments only.
Resale on third-party marketplaces is not permitted.
