Luxe Wix partners with boutiques, gift shops, lifestyle retailers, and other qualified businesses seeking distinctive home fragrance for their customers. Approved retailers receive access to wholesale pricing on a curated assortment of 6 oz candles and 4 oz room & linen sprays.

Wholesale at a Glance

  • 30-UNIT ORDER MINIMUM

    Every wholesale order, including reorders, must contain at least 30 units.

  • FLEXIBLE PRODUCT MIX

    Mix 6 oz candles and 4 oz room & linen sprays. Each product and fragrance combination must contain at least 10 units.

  • 7–10 BUSINESS DAY LEAD TIME

    Production begins after payment and final product selections are confirmed. Larger orders may require additional time.

Approved retailers may order from two signature product formats: 6 oz two-wick candles and 4 oz room & linen sprays.

Our wholesale fragrance assortment includes Fresh Clean Linen, Lemongrass & Sage, White Tea, Vanilla Lavender, and Savage.

How Wholesale Works

  • APPLY

    Complete the wholesale application and provide your current resale certificate or applicable resale documentation.

  • APPLICATION REVIEW

    We will review your business information, sales channels, and alignment with the Luxe Wix wholesale program.

  • APPROVAL & ORDERING

    Approved retailers receive access to private wholesale pricing and ordering. Payment is required before production begins.

Ordering & Fulfillment

  • SHIPPING

    Wholesale orders may be shipped at the retailer’s expense. Shipping charges are based on the order and delivery destination.

  • LOCAL FULFILLMENT

    Complimentary scheduled pickup is available in Jacksonville. Local delivery may be available based on the delivery address and order size.

  • STANDARD LUXE WIX PACKAGING

    Wholesale products include Luxe Wix retail labels and packaging. Custom labels, packaging, or product development are handled through Strategic Product Partnerships.
